Stoker : Recensione

Stoker : Film del 2013,diretto da Park Chan-wook,scritto da Wentworth Miller sotto lo pseudonimo Ted Foulke e prodotto dai fratelli Scott. Il film cita molto l’Hitchcock di “L’ombra del dubbio” del 1943 in cui c’era uno zio che nascondeva qualcosa e c’era la nipotina che finiva per finirne attratta. In Stoker gli attori sono tutti molto bravi,Matthew Goode assolutamente credibile nella parte dello zio dal passato oscuro. Mia Wasikowska è molto brava nella parte della nipote,ipersensibile,con una inclinazione alla violenza. Nicole Kidman invece è il grosso problema del film,la Kidman ha una sola espressione,non recita bene in questo film come nei suoi ultimi film. Dermot Mulroney che si vedrà ben poco,aggiunge comunque molto alla figura del padre che morirà all’inizio del film ma che ritornerà in diversi flashback molto importanti per la soluzione del film. E poi ci sono attori minori in parti minori come Jacky Weaver che interpreta la parte di una zia di Mia Wasikowska … La Weaver è nella scena forse più horror di tutto il film. Proprio perché il film è anche questo,è un thriller psicologico con degli accenni all’horror,diretto molto bene,interpretato molto bene fatta eccezione per la Kidman. The film cites much the Hitchcock of “Shadow of a Doubt” of 1943 in which there was an uncle who was hiding something and there was her granddaughter who ended to finish some attracted. In Stoker actors are all very good, Matthew Goode utterly believable in the part of his uncle with a dark past. Mia Wasikowska is very good in the hand of his niece, hypersensitive, with an inclination to violence. Nicole Kidman instead is the big problem of the film, Kidman has a single expression, it does not play well in this film as in his last film. Dermot Mulroney that you will see very little, however, adds much to the figure of the father who dies early in the film, but will return in several very important flashback to the film solution. A Psychological thriller with hints of horror played very well. Nice Movie
